Quotes your client accepts online
Build a quote with line items and email it. Your client opens a link and accepts or rejects it themselves — in writing, with their name and the date on it — and you get an email the moment they do. An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one click.
Invoices that get paid
Every invoice goes out VAT-correct with a payment link. Your client pays by card, EFT, QR, Capitec Pay or Apple Pay, into your own account. Card payments reconcile themselves; for EFT you paste the amount and reference and we find the invoice.
Overdue chasing, handled
Unpaid invoices are chased for you — three days before the due date, on the day, then again at one week, two weeks and a month. You can switch it off per invoice when a client needs handling differently.
Clients and their own portal
One record per client with every project, quote and invoice you have issued, and an outstanding balance. Each client gets a private link to see their own jobs and invoices and pay from there — no login for them to forget.
Projects, milestones and site records
Break a project into milestones with progress, due dates and status. Log what happened on site — toolbox talks, permits, materials, incidents — and capture the client signature on the spot. Set a budget and see variance flagged in red when spend is trending over it.
Books your accountant will accept
Invoices export to Sage Pastel as CSV with each line classified for SA VAT — standard, zero-rated or exempt. Your reports show what came in this month, what is still outstanding, and how many of your quotes turn into work.
Live tender feed
Every open South African government tender, sourced directly from National Treasury's eTenders portal, filtered by province, category and value. Want customers to pay your invoices online by card? A flat 0.5% platform fee applies per paid invoice (collected via Paystack; the balance settles directly to your bank). That’s the only usage-based fee — everything in your plan is flat-rate.
